We are located in the lower Tyrrhenian area of Calabria, opposite the Aeolian Islands, on the headland that divides the gulfs of Sant’Eufemia and Gioia Tauro. The tip of the headland is called Capo Vaticano which is 9km further south of Tropea. The area is in a favourable geographical location when it comes to transport links: Air – airports of Lamezia Terme and Reggio Calabria; Rail – national and local lines; Road – A3 Motorway and coast road. More precise information is provided below.
Coming from the north – leave the motorway taking the Pizzo Calabro turn-off. Follow the coast road for 40km in the direction of Vibo Marina and Tropea. After Tropea the road will take you to St. Domenica di Ricadi and then Capo Vaticano.
Coming from the south as well as the north – leaving the motorway by taking the Vibo Valentia – S. Onofrio turn-off. Follow the coast road for 35km until you reach Tropea or Capo Vaticano, turning left at the intersection at Zungri and driving through the towns of Spilinga, Ricadi, S. Nicolo and Capo Vaticano.
